Almond Swirl

Vegan, sourdough croissant made with house-made cultured vegan butter and naturally leavened with sourdough. Swirled with frangipane (sweet almond custard). Topped with more frangipane, slivered almonds, and powdered sugar.

Croissant: hard red winter wheat flour*, vegan cultured butter* (coconut oil*, olive oil*, cultured cashew cream*, water, salt), coconut sugar*, malted barley flour*, salt, water.
Frangipane: almond flour*, cashew cream* (cashews*, water, salt), agave syrup*, vanilla extract*, almond extract*, salt*.
