Classic white sourdough is the crowd-favorite. A crunchy crust encloses a creamy, custardy, bubbly, chewy, glossy crumb. Substantial yet fluffy. Mixed by hand and fermented for 72 hours.
Ingredients: organic hard red winter wheat flour, malted barley flour, water, salt.
