Vegan Sourdough Cinnamon Roll! Made with Jaoquin Oro Hard Red Whole Wheat from Grist & Toll local mill freshly milled. Super fluffy and not too sweet. Dough and cinnamon filling sweetened with coconut sugar, vanilla cashew frosting sweetened with agave syrup. 


Roll Ingredients: bread flour (hard red winter wheat, hard red spring wheat, malted barley), water, Grist & Toll Jaoquin Oro whole wheat flour, vegan cultured butter made in house (coconut oil, olive oil, cultured cashew cream (raw cashews, water, salt)), coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt

Frosting Ingredients: coconut oil, cultured cashew cream (raw cashews, water, salt), agave syrup, vanilla extract
